Bolton dealer scores sales success
Family firm, Doug Hacking Motorcycles Ltd of Bolton, Lancs has beaten a raft of other two wheeled businesses across the UK in a league table of sales lead generation and management.
The small team at Hacking’s used the web based tool to collate enquiry details and, ultimately, converted many of these into sales and happy customers.
Manager of the long established Kawasaki road and offroad motorcycle dealership, Grant Hacking, is pleased with second place at the company’s first attempt, but is gunning to move up to top spot in the coming year.
“We’ve always valued attention to detail when it comes to looking after our customers, and this result shows that the combination of our meticulous approach, and the use of web based technology, can achieve some great results. The first placed dealership is a huge enterprise, yet we were only a few machine sales short of their total. They are now our natural target in the year ahead.”
For Kawasaki Motors UK, District Manager, Craig Watson, applauded the efforts of the whole team at the Ivy Road based dealership.
“These guys don’t miss a trick and the result of their allencompassing approach is a band of loyal customers and steady stream of sales enquires through the door and via their web site. I don’t think anyone would bet against them achieving top spot in the league table when it is next published”.
